Digital Printer

Duties/Responsibilities

• Cut and spray material to prepare for printing.
• Access computerized art files and print onto prepared material.
• Apply heat seal to backs of printed materials.
• Use Direct to Garment (DTG) software to access art files.
• Print images on material
• Removal of excess material after the images have been cut
• Pressing of decoration on material
• Additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Absibilities

• Basic knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of other relevant computer software and systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must have an eye for color.
• Good technical ability.
• Able to multi-task under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Must possess initiative, energy, and drive.
• Able to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and management.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required.

Physical Demands

• Use hands and fingers to handle, touch, and type.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 5 pounds.

Work Environment

• Exposure to moderate noise level.

Vision Requirement

• Close vision.
• Color vision.
• Ability to adjust focus.

Compensation

The hourly pay range reflects the actual compensation that Ahead, LLC; the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. The final offer will be determined by a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. $16.00 - $19.00 per hour.

Schedule

SCHEDULE: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday with Overtime (Saturday 7 am-noon) as required.
