Digital Philanthropy Center Associate (UC Student Employment) - Summer/Fall 2026

About the role

Focus Student fundraisers in the Digital Philanthropy Center are a critical component to keeping open lines of communication with alumni and friends of The University of Cincinnati. Additionally, you’ll raise thousands of dollars a year for scholarships and UC initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador for the University of Cincinnati by discussing University initiatives, accolades, and accomplishments.
• Call constituents (alumni and friends) to build personal rapport, update demographic information, and secure donations to the Foundation.
• Use additional tools such as SMS, email, and video to support your outreach efforts.
• Work with other associates in a team-oriented environment to achieve goals.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 semester of experience as a UC student.
• Currently enrolled at UC Main Campus with an above average grade point.
• Keen interest in fundraising with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in-person and independently.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to successfully completing tasks on time.

Pay

Schedule

• Minimum of three 3-hour shifts (out of six available shifts) per week.
• Shift times: Sunday 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday – Thursday 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
