Digital Partnerships Intern - Fall 2026

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid in partnership activations and digital coverage at various company events, including Pacers & Fever games.
• Project management and partner coordination for contracted digital elements.
• Maintain project plans and timelines, monitor milestones and deliverables.
• Understand the brand and business objectives of each Pacers and Fever Partner.
• Analyze digital marketing campaign metrics and share key learnings with internal and external partners.
• Create packages for prospective corporate partners and support the department in ideation and creation of digital marketing materials.
• Contribute to digital marketing topics including best practices, industry trends, and resources.
• Assist in day-to-day tasks and undertake projects/activities as recommended by the Digital Partnerships Manager.
• Ensure efficient and timely delivery of all digital partnership projects and initiatives.
• Align with company policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college or university program as a junior, senior, or graduate student.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal capabilities, self-motivation, ability to work well among others, and take initiative.
• Ability to interact, collaborate, and communicate effectively with a broad range of internal and external people in a professional and ethical manner.
• A positive and hardworking personality.

Physical And Environmental Demands

• Sit, stand, walk, lift heavy objects, use a computer, use a telephone, speak, hear, and write.
• Noise level in the office work environment is usually moderate, while the noise level in the Fieldhouse/game environment is usually loud.
• The stress level may become high during certain times of the year.
