Overview

TekWissen is a global workforce management provider headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This temporary assignment is for a Contractor Director, Digital Merchandising for PINK Intimates, a leading intimates specialty retailer.

Responsibilities

  • BUILD (Vision and Enable)
    • Drives growth and productivity across digital channels
    • Buys the merchandise assortment strategy to life in the digital channel for both pre-season (Spring and Summer 27) as well as in-season optimization (Delivering Holiday 26 results, inclusive of Cyber Week)
    • Responsible for site experience, content, navigation and analytics/performance
    • Influences projection, presentation and customer experience for total website
    • Builds and maintains productive partnerships with cross-functional areas, internal stakeholders, external vendors and resources
    • Understands site and customer experience gaps to drive for capabilities & improvements to achieve business results
  • RUN (Deliver)
    • Ensures we are providing consumers with an exceptional experience through our website
    • Identifies what the customer wants, how she shops and navigates through the site, and what drives conversion
    • Ensures consistency of digital store standards across all categories as it relates to concepts, ideas and layouts
    • Sites content management oversight, including responsibility for site messaging and standards for merchandising, creative, and navigation
    • Influences and plays a leadership role with cross-functional partners (Marketing/Finance, Category Merchants & Planners, Platform, Operations)
    • Supports the team to achieve the corporate goals and oversees the recruitment, development, and performance management (2 direct reports, 2 dotted line reports)
  • RESULTS
    • Responsible for site analytics/customer behavior/KPIs
    • Leverages data and insights to make data-driven changes and improvements in overall programs and monitor the success over time
    • Analyzes current and projected ROIs on all initiatives to assist in long-term planning for the digital businesses and required assets
    • Continuously acquires customer and market insights that drive site performance improvements
    • Conducts frequent internal & external evaluations of the site to ensure the optimal customer experience
    • Communicates to the overall business and senior leadership the strategies and results on a regular basis
    • Key contributor in all Business meetings
