Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with client contacts, establishing trust, respect, and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide strategic oversight and direction based on performance insights across various channels and campaign types, enabling clients to achieve business growth and improved efficiency.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating the clear exchange of insights, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze performance data, identify actionable insights, and leverage industry experience to make recommendations.
  • Monitor project timelines, coordinate tasks across internal teams, and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations on schedule.
  • Continuously ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service, proactive communication, and consistent delivery of results, aiming for long-term client retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in a large digital agency environment.
  • Proven track record managing significant enterprise or global client accounts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital media, including performance analytics across paid search, social media, programmatic display/video, and creative design.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, generate insightful reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, adept at managing client relationships at senior levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools, analytics platforms, CRM software, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office suite.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience from a digital agency background, with proven expertise in global campaign management and data-driven decision-making.
