Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Digital Marketing modules such as:SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)Google Ads / PPCSocial Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)Content MarketingWordPress & Website BasicsEmail MarketingGoogle Analytics / GA4Affiliate MarketingORM & Branding
  • Train students using real industry projects, tools, and case studies.
  • Create lesson plans, study materials, and practical assignments for each module.
  • Evaluate students’ performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
  • Support students during internships, project work, and job preparation.
  • Work closely with the academic team to ensure smooth training delivery and student satisfaction.
  • Conduct mock interviews, doubt sessions, and career guidance sessions.
  • Participate in webinars, workshops, and events organized by the institute.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (industry or teaching).
  • Strong hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Analytics, and major tools.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and teaching skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
  • Experience working on live campaigns or managing clients is a strong advantage.
  • Certifications from Google, Meta, or HubSpot preferred (not mandatory).
  • Ability to manage class engagement and maintain high training quality.
