Position Overview
LeadVenture is seeking a Territory Manager to join the Dealer Spike team. The ideal candidate will work directly with outdoor power equipment dealerships, providing tailored digital marketing solutions to help them grow and manage their business more effectively.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to identify gaps and pain points in a dealer's current website solution and guide them toward the right product to address these needs. Your goal is to help dealers adopt a new website through our company. You will be assigned a dedicated territory and build long-term relationships with dealers within it over time.
Responsibilities
- Possess at least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Evaluate a dealer's current website and online presence to identify gaps and pain points, then guide them toward the right solution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their digital marketing needs and presenting solutions.
- Conduct consultations and demos with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and how our products and services can help them achieve those goals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience generating new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events and tradeshows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- A hunger for growth and knowledge.
- Willingness to travel 1–2 times per year to attend industry trade shows.
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure/fast sales cycle sales role where you are asked to deliver a quota monthly.
