About the role
Procter & Gamble is seeking interns interested in marketing technology to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive the development and implementation of innovative digital marketing solutions. This 12-week summer internship (mid/late May through early August 2027) offers hands-on experience across key technical marketing areas, including:
- Digital/e-Commerce Domain Knowledge (Direct to Consumer Selling, eCommerce, Consumer Relationship Marketing/CRM)
- Search (SEM, SEO, Analytics)
- Web/Mobile Digital Presence & Traffic Generation
- Digital Media & Programmatic Media Buying
- Social Insights and Analytics
- Content Management
Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, innovate, and/or operate the marketing technology stack within a brand/channel/domain area of scope.
- Perform data management and analytics using tools to access, prioritize, manipulate, and mine data, as well as display and communicate insights.
- Deliver real-time insights and business transformation recommendations to improve key measures, advise new business models, and optimize digital/eCommerce operations.
- Leverage business acuity to act as an educator and translator between Marketing and IT, ensuring technology meets business needs.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively across brand leaders, multifunctional teams, and agency/external partners to align plans, solve problems, and deliver results.
- Project manage technology requests from marketing, translating between technical and marketing requirements while ensuring adherence to IT policies, including cybersecurity and privacy mandates.
Requirements
- Availability for a 12-week internship during the summer of 2027 (mid/late May through early August).
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Business/Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Exposure to analytics tools such as KNIME, Python, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
- Foundational education or experience in project management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills with a growth mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience or education in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Ads.
- Certifications related to digital marketing, such as the Online Marketing Certified Associate (OMCA).

Pay
Starting salary range: $29.00 - $50.00 per year.
