Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyse and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned marketing message.
- Create and manage a rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars.
- Optimise our website and landing pages for search engines and user conversion.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategy remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or FinTech organisation.
- A strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing successful SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Pay
