Overview
Loxone is expanding its US operations and seeks a strategic marketer to drive digital growth. The ideal candidate will lead both content strategy and performance marketing, scaling paid programs across various channels to acquire partners and customers.
Responsibilities
Own content strategy and performance marketing for the US market – build a strong organic foundation while scaling paid programs across search, social, display, and affiliate channels.
Lead and execute: set direction with the Head of Marketing and ensure quality, performance, and on-time delivery across all channels.
Own and evolve the editorial calendar with a consistent production cadence that supports both short-term campaigns and long-term organic growth.
Run social and email channels end-to-end, building integrated programs that align paid and organic efforts into a unified brand experience with measurable engagement.
Own forecasting and performance reporting across all digital channels.
Translate data into clear insights, business context, and recommended next steps for leadership.
Identify emerging platforms, content formats, and growth opportunities to expand reach across both traditional and AI-powered search landscapes.
Mentor and level up team members locally and internationally alongside the Head of Marketing, building capability in both SEO and performance marketing disciplines.
Requirements
5+ years of digital marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, with hands-on ownership across both content and performance disciplines.
Hands-on content creation experience is essential.
Solid working knowledge of paid media: Organic/SEO, paid search (Google/Bing Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), display, PR, and affiliate or partnership channels.
Strong SEO fundamentals: ability to troubleshoot SEO issues and build content strategies that win organic search share across traditional and AI-powered search.
Hands-on email marketing experience – planning, executing, and aligning messaging across paid and organic channels for a seamless audience experience.
Data-driven decision-making with working fluency in GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, and CRM platforms.
Strong grasp of A/B testing, CRO, audience segmentation, and growth experimentation – applied to both content and paid channels.
Hands-on with AI and automation tools to drive campaign efficiency, content production, and reporting workflows.
Excellent written communication and editorial instinct – you can produce and evaluate compelling content across formats.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets responsibly, forecast spend, and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
Track record of owning channel metrics end-to-end: setting KPI targets, building reporting rhythms, and connecting marketing activity to business outcomes.
Congfident collaborator who builds alignment across Creative, Product, Business Development, and Partner Coaching teams.
Genuine curiosity about smart building technology, architecture, or design.
