Position summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will own and execute the company's digital ecosystem, including website management, CRM operations, and coordination with an external paid media agency.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, conversion, and brand consistency
  • Oversee CRM operations, including email marketing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns to drive repeat visits and loyalty
  • Coordinate with an external paid media agency to align digital advertising efforts with broader marketing strategies
  • Analyze digital performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve traffic, engagement, and bookings
  • Collaborate with venue teams to ensure digital promotions and events are accurately represented across all channels
  • Manage digital content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and recommend new tools or strategies to enhance performance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or multi-location retail
  • Strong experience with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and email marketing platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with external agencies and manage paid media campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Illinois and travel to venue locations as needed

USD 73,218 per year
