About the role
Wild Bill’s Tobacco is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Creative Manager to lead our social media, content creation, and digital marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone who is both creative and data-driven. You will serve as the main creative lead for the brand, helping shape how Wild Bill’s looks, sounds, and engages with customers across digital channels. Travel is required for this position; you will regularly visit Wild Bill’s stores and lounges and attend priority events to capture content and support marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage all social media channels
- Manage and provide direction to a small marketing/content team
- Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar
- Film, photograph, edit, schedule, and publish content
- Create Reels, Stories, promotional, educational, and lifestyle content
- Serve as the main creative lead and develop campaign concepts and new ideas
- Regularly travel to stores, lounges, events, and other locations to capture content
- Stay ahead of events, promotions, launches, holidays, and social trends
- Manage comments, DMs, tags, mentions, and audience engagement
- Coordinate with stores, vendors, ambassadors, and the marketing team
- Manage email and text/SMS marketing, including creative development, campaign setup, scheduling, and deployment
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager when needed
- Track performance and adjust content and campaigns based on results
- Monitor competitors and emerging social trends
- Keep creative assets and raw footage organized
- Proofread and verify all content before publishing
- Come to meetings prepared with ideas, updates, and performance insights
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or a related role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media and creative work
- Experience filming and editing short-form video
- Experience with Meta/Facebook Ads and email marketing
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Ability to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly as required
- Ability to work weekends when needed
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Pay
$75,000–$95,000 per year
