About the role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for show marketing and promotions within their designated region to drive ticket sales. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager, agents, artist managers, and bookers to build digital marketing campaign infrastructure, create and submit tour settlement materials, and provide additional show marketing support.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains ad plans for the Touring Team.
  • Assists in coordination of media buying, evaluates and revises plans with the marketing team to increase ticketing revenue and event exposure.
  • Creates, proofreads, and distributes e-cards and one-off email campaigns.
  • Verifies touring information and links, communicates errors to designers, checks for accuracy, and signs off on the final version.
  • Monitors budget and accounting for marketing efforts, keeping the team updated on spend status.
  • Creates and delivers all show settlement materials, including actuals, backup, and special campaign notes.
  • Places all pixel tracking for campaign conversions, configures and confirms activation (artist website, ticketing links, and additional tour site placements).
  • Coordinates asset trafficking for digital media campaigns (banners, videos, etc.).
  • Collects ticket links, maintains a central grid, checks all links, pre-sale passwords, billing, art on ticket pages, and venue websites.
  • Coordinates marketing support with ticketing and other partners.
  • Maintains good working relationships with partners, co-promoters, and media.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS Degree preferred).
  • 2-4 years of related work experience.
  • Experience with calendaring events.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Strong PR, creative thinking, social media, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the music industry preferred.

Pay

$21.79–$30.85 per hour. This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current plan.
