About The Role

NHSA is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join its Marketing and Communications team. This role is pivotal in managing the organization’s day-to-day digital marketing operations, ensuring seamless execution of content distribution and marketing technology functions.

The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for overseeing the post-creation processes, including scheduling, deploying, quality-checking, and analyzing performance across various digital channels. While not primarily responsible for content creation, this role demands a proactive approach to optimize marketing campaigns and maintain the organization’s digital presence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Expertise in administering HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress website management
  • Experience managing social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for performance tracking and analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

Responsibilities

  • Manage HubSpot CRM operations, including creating and updating contact records, building audience segments, and ensuring data quality and compliance
  • Build, test, schedule, and deploy email campaigns and automated workflows within HubSpot
  • Set up campaign tracking, UTM parameters, and generate performance reports
  • Maintain and update WordPress website content, including publishing new pages and routine site maintenance
  • Identify and implement user experience (UX) improvements on the website
  • Ensure on-page SEO best practices are followed and forms/lead capture tools are functioning properly
  • Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms, adhering to the content calendar
  • Prepare creative assets tailored for each social media platform and monitor incoming messages and engagement
  • Track and report on social media channel performance, providing insights for optimization
  • Assist with campaigns, events, and special initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute distribution plans
