Digital Marketing - Account Management Internship

About the internship

WebFX is seeking an intern for our digital marketing team! Our ideal candidate is either a current college student or a recent college grad, with a history of strong academics, and an interest in pursuing a career in digital marketing. Classroom-level familiarity with marketing concepts is expected, but no experience is required - as an intern, you're here to start building that experience!

Internship Logistics

• This is an in-person internship, based at our riverside campus in Harrisburg, PA.
• Internship hours and days are flexible, and we will work with our interns to determine a schedule that is a mutual fit.
• Interns will enjoy their own work space and tech set-up at our office, along with the ability to wear jeans/casual dress to work each day.

The Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree: Either in Progress or Completed. All Majors Welcome!
• GPA: 3.4 or above.
• Suggested Experience and Skills:
• Customer service experience in any industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and research skills.
• Basic Excel/Google Docs skills.
• Classroom-level familiarity with digital marketing concepts.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained!

The Internship Responsibilities

• Work alongside our full-time marketers to support them in executing on client projects.
• Learn to create and execute data-driven SEO strategies and optimizations for company clients.
• Aid in the creation of PPC (think Google Ads!) campaigns and work to achieve positive results for clients.
• Conduct industry research such as competitor analysis and keyword research.
• Plan content strategy and build outlines for our team of copywriters.
• Analyze campaign performance data (In Google Analytics and RevenueCloudFX) and contribute to monthly campaign reports.
• Interpret web analytics, demographic data, market research, and buyer behaviors, and use findings to inform your strategies.
• Perform light editing in the backend of client websites to correct errors and implement content.
