Digital Manufacturing Director
About the role
At PwC, our people in operations consulting specialise in providing consulting services on optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. These individuals analyse client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance and support to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. In physical product development and manufacturing at PwC, you will specialise in improving product development and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with clients to analyse product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. Working in this area, you will also provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimising supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Prior consulting/advisory experience required
- Bachelor Degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master Degree preferred
- Extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success in leading or facilitating project management or client consultations in the areas of Digital manufacturing, preferably for a global network of professional services firms

Pay
The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
