About the role

At PwC, our people in operations consulting specialise in providing consulting services on optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. These individuals analyse client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance and support to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. In physical product development and manufacturing at PwC, you will specialise in improving product development and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with clients to analyse product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. Working in this area, you will also provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimising supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have prior consulting/advisory experience
  • Minimum degree required: Bachelor Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master Degree preferred
  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success in leading or facilitating project management or client consultations in the areas of Digital manufacturing, preferably for a global network of professional services firms

  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success to deliver advisory services in Manufacturing Strategy & Operations; Operations Excellence; and Digital Automation
  • Demonstrates extensive abilities to lead and manage a diverse team including: the ability to build, maintain, and utilize networks of client relationships; advanced problem solving and analysis skills; advanced spreadsheet, presentation and document development skills; detailed value case development skills; the ability to interpret financial statements; engaging interpersonal skills; a collaborative and 'can-do' mindset; financial modeling skills; the ability to influence and shape thinking of peer level and Director level client resources; Program/Project leadership skills ability to lead complex multi-workstream projects; effectively manages unstructured situations, anticipating client needs and developing solutions; the ability to develop/coach resources and guide careers of team members; client presentation skills; and proposal & pricing development skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
