Digital Manufacturing Consultant, Senior Associate

These individuals analyse client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance and support to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- Specialise in improving product development and manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with clients to analyse product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimising supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies.
- Build and maintain networks of client relationships.
- Deliver advisory services in areas such as digital manufacturing application, digital twin, digital manufacturing strategy development, digital manufacturing blueprint & design, digital manufacturing control systems design & deployment, manufacturing decision support & analytics, machine connectivity, and industrial IoT and cloud solutions.
- Lead and manage a diverse team, including building detailed value cases, interpreting financial statements, and influencing and shaping thinking of peer level and Director level client resources.
- Develop and coach resources and guide careers of team members.
- Develop and present proposals and price services.
Requirements
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years
Preferred Degree: Master Degree

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
