Digital Managed Services Consulting Manager, Oracle SCM & Procurement

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end service delivery for clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve incidents timely and establish efficient problem-solving processes
• Strategize the implementation of new features and support upgrades for client systems
• Manage regression testing automation and coordinate process improvements
• Lead and coach a team of managed services professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
• Continuously improve service delivery efficiency and effectiveness through process optimization
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance and address improvements effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle SCM Cloud administration and maintenance
• Strong expertise in SCM areas like Procurement, Order Management, and Inventory
• Familiarity with inbound/outbound integrations in Oracle SCM
• Prominent track record of managing multiple clients in a managed services environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management

Pay

$145,000 – $170,000 annually
