- Strategic Business Impact: The DLDP is a two-year program set to occur between July 20, 2027 – July 2029. Participants will complete four, six-month rotations that provide strategic direction while gaining proficiency with our diverse functional areas, business units, and regions.

Compensation
- Starting Salary: $94,000
- Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, and Relocation Assistance as part of the total compensation.
What We Look For
- Academic Background & Work Experience: Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor’s degree between December 2026 – June 2027 in one of the following: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering/Programming, or related field of study. 1+ years of Digital, Data Science, or IT-related work experience (i.e. work experience, internships, special projects, etc.).
- Leadership Profile: Proven leadership experience with a track record of influencing others, leading initiatives, driving results, and creating positive impact within teams and organizations. Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems. Evidence of grit, resilience, and perseverance when facing challenges, setbacks, or competing priorities. Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
- Geographic Mobility and Flexibility: Required to pursue future career opportunities in locations aligned with business needs.
