Digital Lead Specialist - Houston, TX

Responsibilities

• Assist the ISC in processing leads, entering data into the system, preparing and running reports, assisting with payroll bonus reporting, research, work and monitor essential email boxes, listening to and sending call recordings, maintaining Hatch AI, responding to Hatch inquiries, assisting with AI prompt engineering for Balto and Hatch.
• Enter new leads into the operating system for agents to call, ensuring timely, accurate, and error‑free entry.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and periodic reports for ISC Management using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Process ISC agent payroll bonuses: data entry into payroll system, validate entered leads, maintain confidentiality of personal employee data.
• Manage multiple essential email boxes, taking requests from ISC agents and management to work, correct, or research leads.
• Listen to call recordings, forward relevant calls to management, and assist ISC Management with special projects as assigned.
• Respond efficiently to customer Hatch inquiries, including scheduling and entering appointment details into Hatch and Enabled Plus.
• Complete the daily task sheet with assistance from fellow digital lead specialists.
• Attend weekly Digital Lead Team meetings to discuss procedures, updates, new protocols, and share ideas.
• Maintain, edit, and update AI prompting for Hatch and Balto as business/customer needs change.
• Maintain knowledge of all scripting changes to incorporate into Balto and Hatch.
• Perform additional Hatch and Balto duties as needed for growth and expansion of Renewal by Andersen BORO Group and the applications.
