Client Industry: Pharmaceutical Job Mode: Remote Duration: 05 to 06 Months Contract (Possibility of Extension based on business needs and performance) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Digital Lab Email Specialist to support enterprise digital marketing initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This role will focus primarily on building, modifying, and maintaining email communications using Knak, while ensuring high quality, regulatory compliance, and exceptional user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong email production experience, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, creative, and project teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to enterprise level digital campaigns supporting multiple business units. Key Responsibilities: Build, modify, and maintain responsive email content primarily using Knak. Assemble emails using reusable modular components and approved creative assets. Collaborate with project managers, marketers, and creative partners throughout the email development process. Coordinate with creative teams when design updates or asset modifications are required. Manage promotional review workflows and support approval processes in a regulated environment. Perform detailed quality assurance and proofreading before campaign deployment. Maintain email templates, reusable modules, images, and digital assets. Support personalized email content using dynamic capabilities and audience segmentation. Troubleshoot email production issues and provide technical guidance to internal teams. Enhance creative assets using design applications when needed. Recommend improvements to email templates, production processes, and workflow efficiency. Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment. Required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or related field. Three to five years of hands on email marketing experience. Strong hands on experience with Knak for email creation and management. Experience creating, editing, testing, and deploying email campaigns. Knowledge of HTML and CSS fundamentals related to email development. Experience collaborating with cross functional teams in a regulated environment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with outstanding proofreading and quality control skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Figma and Adobe Photoshop. Experience with email rendering and testing tools. Experience supporting highly regulated industries. Knowledge of dynamic email personalization. Experience maintaining digital asset libraries.
