About the Role
The Digital and IT Analyst defines, configures, tests, trains, and supports business-related information technology requirements and systems. Leads limited-scope projects using information technology to enable business improvement and performs critical analysis under limited supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provides analytical advice and direction for applications and technology that impact business operations.
- Understands how applications and technologies impact the business.
- Analyzes and applies enterprise data to make recommendations or modifications to streamline and simplify processes while reducing operating costs.
- Develops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions.
- Establishes and develops procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology.
- Develops and delivers training to support process changes and new technology introductions.
- Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations.
- Provides overnight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as needed.
- Provides after-hour technical support as needed.
- Assists in training and mentoring new team members.

- Application Programming
- Software Support
- Database Administration
- PC Support
- LAN/WAN Support
- Help Desk
- Engineering Systems
- IT Security
- Business Systems (MSS, JDE, SAP, or other related technology)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (or international equivalent).
- 2+ years of related IT experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal skills; relates well with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to establish own priorities and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrates ability to manage projects.
U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or other appropriate status is required for certain positions, in accord with U.S. import & export regulations.
