Digital Health Solutions Project Manager (Lab Informatics)

About the Role

This role will drive complex digital health and laboratory informatics programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital health solutions and laboratory informatics implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating across teams
• Partner with IT and laboratory stakeholders for LIS integrations and connectivity
• Collaborate on lab information system implementations including EPIC and Cerner
• Support deployment of diagnostic instruments and digital health technologies
• Develop detailed project plans and manage project scope, issues, and risks
• Maintain accurate project records and status reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years leading projects or project teams
• At least 3 years of experience in IT-related roles or supporting IT-focused projects
• Experience managing project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Demonstrated experience implementing software, hardware, digital health, or healthcare technology solutions

Pay

$99,300 – $198,700 annually
