Digital Health Advisor Senior

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor in digital health domains, guiding strategic initiatives
• Enhance governance processes by leveraging expertise for prioritization
• Collaborate with leadership and product managers to shape product visions
• Translate high-level strategies into actionable product concepts and success metrics
• Facilitate cross-portfolio coordination to identify standardization opportunities
• Provide analytical support for decision-making and executive communication
• Advise on operational readiness and change management for enterprise adoption
• Mentor product managers to build fluency in product and operational areas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Seven years of relevant experience
• Strong subject matter expertise in digital health domains
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic guidance capabilities
• Proven ability to influence and coordinate across organizational portfolios

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
