About the role

Responsible for leading agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications using agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements
  • Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define user stories
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing
  • Debug and resolve production issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL)

Qualifications

  • Passion for technology and a strong desire to continuously improve
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools
