Digital Forensic Analyst I with Security Clearance

About the role

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking candidates for various positions including FOIA Analyst, Intelligence Analyst, Business Analyst, and Desktop Support Technician I. All positions require a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on federal regulations and policies related to FOIA requests.
• Prepare and respond to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
• Assist in maintaining records and databases related to FOIA requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with FOIA requirements.
• Provide technical support to users regarding software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Document and report on system performance and user feedback.

Requirements

• Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with FOIA and related federal regulations.
• Knowledge of ITIL or equivalent IT service management framework.
• Experience with database management systems.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.

Pay

• FOIA Analyst: $111,258 per year
• Intelligence Analyst: $129,982 per year
• Business Analyst: $142,783 per year
• Desktop Support Technician I: $62,447 per year
