About the role

We are seeking a Finance Program Manager with deep expertise in SAP-enabled Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Finance transformations to lead complex merger, acquisition, divestiture, and integration initiatives within the Automotive Digital Finance organization. You will partner closely with Finance, IT, PMO, Manufacturing, Operations, external vendors, and system integration partners to deliver business-critical initiatives. Depending on the program structure, you may lead projects directly or coordinate across multiple project managers and partner organizations to ensure successful execution. Success requires strong program governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership to align business and technology teams, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver outcomes that support strategic business objectives, regulatory requirements, and demanding timelines. You will play a key role in enabling seamless integration and transformation across enterprise platforms, including SAP and OneStream.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management including integrations, carve-outs, and system harmonization across SAP S/4HANA and related finance platforms; support ERP integration and migration programs across SAP ECC, MDG, BW, S/4HANA, and OneStream as part of ongoing M&A initiatives.
  • Drive planning, execution, and governance of finance workstreams, ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, and regulatory requirements; leverage existing organization-wide standards, templates, and processes for program management including budget and capacity management.
  • Coordinate across multiple system integrators, vendors, and partner organizations, ensuring clear accountability, delivery alignment, and effective issue resolution.
  • Partner closely with Finance, IT, PMO, Manufacturing, Operations, and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and execution roadmap.
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, and critical path activities; proactively escalate and resolve issues impacting delivery.
  • Oversee financial data migration, validation, and integration activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
  • Support vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management in alignment with procurement and commercial frameworks.
  • Establish and maintain program governance structures, including reporting, steering committees, and executive updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Program Management with hands-on leadership of complex multi-year, multi-million dollar programs.
  • Proven expertise in SAP ERP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, MDG, BW) with strong exposure to Finance Consolidation and FP&A processes and systems.
  • Deep, specialized knowledge in Finance and SAP program delivery, with the ability to interpret business and regulatory requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional global stakeholders in a matrixed environment, guiding teams through complex problem-solving.
  • Strong independent execution and decision-making capability in ambiguous, high-pressure M&A environments.
  • Experience managing multiple system integrators and external vendors, with accountability for delivery outcomes and performance.
  • Familiarity with digital finance platforms (e.g., OneStream), data/analytics ecosystems, and cloud-based architectures.
  • PMP or equivalent program/project management certification preferred.
  • Experience with program management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms for planning, tracking, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Automotive/Tier 1 industry processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Prior experience in M&A integration and carve-out programs within large, global enterprises.
  • Exposure to Finance consolidation and planning platforms such as OneStream or similar Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
  • Experience supporting vendor selection processes (RFPs) and managing global consulting/system integration partners.

Eligibility

  • Eligibility to participate in comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, fertility support and adoption assistance, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, retirement savings plan with employer match, short and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and more.

Pay
