Digital Experience & Website Manager
About the Role
Regis Corporation, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is an industry leader in beauty salons with over 4,000 worldwide locations. The Digital Experience & Website Manager will help create a seamless and optimized guest experience across the digital ecosystem, including websites, mobile apps, loyalty touchpoints, online booking journeys, and in-salon digital experiences. This role combines digital marketing, analytics, and user experience optimization to ensure guests can easily discover, engage with, and transact with our brands. The position is temporary with the potential to transition to regular, full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing optimization of guest experiences across websites, mobile applications, loyalty platforms, and digital guest journeys.
- Identify friction points and opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, booking completion, and guest satisfaction.
- Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure digital experiences support key business and guest objectives.
- Conduct ongoing audits and recommendations to improve usability, navigation, content effectiveness, and overall digital performance.
- Develop and manage an experimentation roadmap, including A/B and multivariate testing, personalization pilots, and results interpretation.
- Partner with the Director of Engineering and IT to align digital experiences with brand and marketing strategy.
- Translate company, brand, and marketing objectives into an outcome-driven digital roadmap and prioritization framework.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and IT, aligning business goals with technical capabilities.
- Define and communicate business requirements, success criteria, and expected outcomes for digital initiatives.
- Manage and maintain digital measurement frameworks using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and other tools.
- Monitor KPI performance across brand health, audience engagement, content effectiveness, conversion performance, and customer journey progression.
- Ensure data quality, tagging accuracy, and measurement consistency across all digital properties.
- Develop insights and actionable recommendations to improve digital performance and guest outcomes.
- Maintain an understanding of privacy regulations, cookies, consent management, and evolving digital measurement requirements.
- Own end-to-end website user experiences and guest journeys, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, usability, and conversion.
- Partner with Marketing, Loyalty, Operations, and IT teams to optimize digital touchpoints throughout the guest lifecycle.
- Champion audience-centric design principles that balance guest needs with business objectives.
- Evaluate and implement digital boards, kiosks, and other in-salon digital experience initiatives.
- Assess business needs and guest use cases to determine appropriate technology solutions for in-salon digital experiences.
- Identify and evaluate AI-driven opportunities to improve guest experiences, content effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business performance.
- Assess emerging digital and AI trends to inform future roadmap planning and investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, website strategy, web analytics, digital experience, or related fields.
- Advanced experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, digital measurement frameworks, and website performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, site structure, metadata, and content discoverability.
- Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into digital experience improvements.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working across multiple brands, locations, or franchise systems preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to translate analytics and customer insights into business recommendations and optimization strategies.
- Strong understanding of website user experience, customer journey mapping, content strategy, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, personalization, or experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, Amplitude Experiment, Adobe Target, or VWO.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mobile applications, loyalty platforms, guest journey mapping, and conversion rate optimization.
- Project management experience in evaluating and implementing guest-facing digital technologies.
- Practical understanding of consent management, cookie governance, analytics tagging restrictions, and privacy considerations (e.g., CCPA/CPRA).

Pay
The starting salary range for this role is $90,000 per year, up to $105,000. An offer of employment will be extended at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
Schedule
This role is preferably for candidates located in or around the Minneapolis, MN area, working a hybrid schedule. Candidates outside of Minnesota who match the requirements will also be considered.
