Digital Experience Analyst (MN, WI, or ND Resident Only)
About the role
Position Summary Responsible for evaluating, measuring, and continuously improving Magnifi Financial's member-facing digital experience across consumer, business, treasury management, AI, and self-service channels. Helps ensure Magnifi's digital capabilities deliver intuitive, effective, and consistent experiences that meet evolving member expectations and support organizational goals. Analyzes digital journeys, member feedback, utilization trends, and performance metrics to identify friction points, measure adoption, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve usability, increase digital engagement, and support business objectives. Helps evaluate the effectiveness of digital investments, identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, and supports Magnifi's digital strategy by ensuring technology delivers meaningful value for members. This position may be worked remotely by candidates who live in MN, WI, or ND. Position requires occasional on-site work. Responsibilities
- Leads the evaluation and optimization of AI-enabled member experiences, including identification of appropriate use cases, measurement of effectiveness, analysis of member interactions, identification of knowledge and experience gaps, and recommendations for responsible implementation and ongoing improvement.
