About the role

As a Senior Associate in Digital Engineering Consulting, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. In this role, you will provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies.

You will focus on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring others, and navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity as an opportunity for growth.

You will leverage your skills to analyze complex concepts, interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, and uphold professional and technical standards using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with clients to streamline processes and drive business performance improvements
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration and reduce costs
  • Leverage digital technologies to enhance product development and manufacturing processes
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product lifecycle management
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps to accelerate speed to market
  • Utilize Six Sigma and process simulation techniques to identify and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Manage project resources effectively to support product ideation and production control
  • Uphold compliance and standards within operational frameworks to maintain quality
  • Build meaningful client connections and mentor junior team members to foster growth

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
