About the Role
As a Digital Engineering Consultant specializing in PLM Implementation, you will optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations Consulting practice. You will collaborate with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. This role focuses on building client relationships, managing teams, and delivering high-quality solutions while deepening your technical and leadership skills.
You will provide guidance on lean manufacturing principles, supply chain integration, and digital technologies, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to solve complex problems. By interpreting data and generating actionable insights, you will contribute to the success of our clients and the firm.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product development lifecycles to identify bottlenecks and enhance speed to market.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration.
- Leverage digital technologies to streamline processes and drive business performance.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategy.
- Manage project resources and oversee product lifecycle management initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients to provide guidance on operations management and strategy.
- Utilize analytical thinking to interpret data and generate insights and recommendations.
- Uphold professional and technical standards in compliance with firm guidelines.
- Foster innovation in product development and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.

- Contribution to PLM platform integrations with engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise systems.
- Application of Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize processes.
- Use of Six Sigma methodologies for quality improvement.
- Management of complex operations and supply chain strategies.
- Development of innovative product development and manufacturing solutions.
- Strong data interpretation skills to inform strategic decisions.
Pay
Salary range: $77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
