Digital Engineering Consultant (PLM Implementation)_ Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate in Digital Engineering Consulting (PLM Implementation), you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. This role focuses on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring teams, and navigating increasingly complex situations while deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate team and client needs, deliver quality work, and provide guidance on lean manufacturing, supply chain integration, and digital technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing product development lifecycles to identify bottlenecks and enhance speed to market
- Developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs
- Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration
- Leveraging digital technologies to streamline processes and drive business performance
- Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategy
- Managing project resources and overseeing product lifecycle management initiatives
- Collaborating with clients to provide guidance on operations management and strategy
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in compliance with firm guidelines
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in product development and manufacturing processes
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Applying Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize processes
- Utilizing Six Sigma methodologies for quality improvement
- Managing complex operations and supply chain strategies

Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
