Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.
Team
The Design team at Raisin brings together product designers and brand & marketing designers, united by a shared belief in respect, creativity, and the purpose to give people financial peace of mind. As Digital Brand Designer, you'll join the Brand & Acquisition team, shaping how Raisin looks, moves, and feels across every market: paid and organic social, websites, product launches, and campaigns. You'll report to the Head of Brand and Marketing Design and work integrated with the US Marketing team. The main focus is conversion: designing and testing landing pages, web journeys, and creative that turn interest into sign-ups, while supporting broader marketing initiatives across paid social, web, and email for consistency across the funnel.
Responsibilities
- Conversion-Driven Web Design: Design, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages, reusable UI components, and end-to-end user journeys that elevate the brand and drive growth, while governing overall website design standards and brand alignment.
- Data-Informed Experimentation & Testing: Partner with Marketing to turn hypotheses into A/B and multivariate tests, from concept to shipped variant, and iterate based on results, using funnel analytics, heatmaps, test results, and customer insights to find friction and decide what to test next.
- Creative Production: Produce static and animated creative, from hero assets to fast, iterative test variations within the brand design.
- Email & CRM: Design email templates and email campaigns with the CRM team, from lifecycle journeys to product launches.
- Templates & Systems: Build and maintain reusable templates, modules, and patterns for web, ads, and email, working with Product Design and the Raisin Design System so marketing and product feel like one brand.
- End-to-End Ownership: Act as a solution-oriented design partner, independently guiding cross-functional stakeholders from problem to execution, taking projects from brief to launch, including prototypes and leveraging AI for implementation-ready tests.
- Stakeholder Management: Present and explain design decisions with confidence, connecting them to the brand, the customer, and the business result.
- Workflow Innovation: Use AI tools across concepting, variant production, prototyping, test-implementation and analysis to work faster and test more, without compromising visual quality or compliance.
Requirements
- 4+ years in digital, marketing or web design, ideally in-house at a fintech, DTC or fast-growing tech company, or at an agency with performance clients.
- A portfolio that shows strong visual craft across brand, web, landing pages, paid social and email, and that tells the story behind the work: the problem, the hypothesis, what you tested and what changed.
- Proven experience designing for conversion; worked with growth or performance teams and know how to balance brand expression with commercial results.
- A data-informed mindset; comfortable reading test results and analytics, and using them to make better design decisions.
- Excellent typography, layout and hierarchy skills, with attention to spacing, rhythm and detail.
- Expert in Figma, including components, auto layout and prototyping. Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Practical use of AI in your design process today, for exploration, variant production or prototyping, not only for generating imagery.
- Hands-on ability to build implementation-ready components and code snippets (HTML/CSS) to deploy tests directly with marketing via Optimizely and Bloomreach.
- Speed without sloppiness; able to manage several projects at once in a fast-moving, feedback-rich environment.
- Clear communication in English, written and spoken; can present and defend work to stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, or experience with AI-assisted coding tools (for example Cursor, v0 or Claude Code).
- Experience with experimentation tools (for example Optimizely) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar or Looker.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry, where trust and compliance shape the work.
- Basic motion design skills (After Effects, Jitter, Lottie, Figma Motion, or similar) for ads and web.
Benefits
- Flexible working hours and up to 28 days PTO accrued from your first month, plus 13 public holidays.
- Employee Development Budget of $2,200 and 4 full training days per year.
- Company 401k contribution of 5%.
- Healthcare coverage contribution, including medical, dental and vision.
- Commuter benefits and flexible working from home policy.
- Regular team events and yearly Summer and Winter Party.
