Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Create and design digital assets, including website graphics, email templates, social media content, online ads, and other promotional materials.
- Develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies for BowFlex, Schwinn, Horizon and JRNY.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual style across all digital platforms.
- Aid in planning and directing photo and video shoots to ensure assets meet brand standards and stakeholder requirements.
Website & E-Commerce Support
- Design user-friendly web pages and landing pages that optimize the user experience and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement designs and ensure technical feasibility.
- Continuously improve website design based on user feedback and analytics.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Produce engaging visuals for social media posts, stories, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Work with the content team to create infographics, banners, and interactive content that support marketing initiatives.
Email Marketing
- Design and build email templates that are visually appealing and responsive.
- Ensure emails are compatible across various devices and email clients.
Video & Motion Graphics
- Create basic animations and video content for digital campaigns.
- Edit and optimize video content for various digital platforms.
- Design large format print graphics including banners, murals and vehicle wraps.
- Elevate the brand presence at retail through engaging brand experience zones, product packaging, on-product graphics and other merchandising support.
Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Cook up with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
Marginal Job Functions
- Other projects as needed.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital design, preferably in the fitness or consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience with web design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices.
Other Requirements
- A strong portfolio showcasing your digital design work, including examples of web design, social media graphics, email campaigns, and video/motion graphics.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Domestic travel up to 10%.
