Responsibilities
- Leverage AI content and collaborate with writers to concept and design high-quality, engaging creative that tests hypotheses, drives business results, and provides audience insights.
- Utilize video production, editing, and motion graphics skills to create compelling visual communications for channels including email, Meta, TikTok, display, native, and more.
- Support Brand design needs as business priorities require.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals, identify creative testing opportunities, and drive testing to reach channel goals.
- Actively participate in group discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Build strong relationships with the Creative Team; share ideas, support team members, and celebrate victories.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets within deadlines.
- Adhere to and improve production processes; embrace AI tools to find time-saving solutions.
- Take ownership of projects, proactively finding solutions to move them forward.
- Ensure all projects are on brand and compliant with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Immerse yourself in advertising channels to understand targeting, user mindset, competitive landscape, and best practices to craft channel-specific creative.
- Lead digital design innovation by staying ahead of trends and cultivating creative hypotheses for testing.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience designing direct response creative: emails, digital ads, landing pages, and other digital acquisition experiences.
- Online portfolio demonstrating diverse creative, ideally including email and brand design as well as other direct response examples.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite & Google Suite.
- Experience using AI tools to increase efficiency and output volume.
- Eagerness to learn on the job and proactively gain insights to inform design decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially articulating creative choices to a non-creative audience.
- Familiarity with online marketing performance KPIs and metrics.
