The Project Lead is responsible for leading Digital Delivery and BIM execution for Data Center projects within Advanced Manufacturing. This role serves as the technical lead for BIM and Revit workflows, ensuring project teams adhere to client standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and Digital Delivery requirements. The Project Lead will oversee model development, multidisciplinary coordination, data management, and digital project delivery throughout the project lifecycle while supporting project teams, clients, and design leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for Data Center projects
- Serve as the project's primary technical resource for Revit, BIM workflows, and Digital Delivery best practices
- Establish and enforce BIM standards, modeling procedures, quality requirements, and project-specific workflows
- Ensure compliance with client BIM
