Digital Delivery Specialist - Process & Standards

About the Opportunity

The Digital Delivery Specialist – Process & Standards is responsible for establishing and refining digital delivery standards, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality across projects. This role acts as a technical expert in areas such as automation, digital twins, visualization, and data integration, bridging innovation and execution to support digital transformation goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain digital delivery standards, workflows, and templates for consistent project execution.
• Evaluate and improve existing standards and workflows to optimize performance and enable automation.
• Integrate standardized digital workflows into BIM execution, coordination, and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment of digital delivery standards with quality assurance, BIM standards, and organizational goals.
• Create training materials and documentation to support workflow adoption and scalability.
• Monitor workflow performance and data quality to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement advanced digital workflows, tools, and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate emerging technologies and scale innovations.
• Support pilot projects and research initiatives involving advanced digital solutions.
• Assist project teams in integrating advanced workflows and digital tools.
• Work with leaders to apply automation, visualization, and data solutions to specific challenges.
• Track key performance indicators related to digital delivery effectiveness and adoption.
• Collaborate across disciplines and with external partners to implement digital solutions.
• Provide training and technical support on advanced digital capabilities.
• Lead change adoption efforts for new digital standards and tools.
• Support onboarding and skill development in digital delivery.
• Develop automation scripts and parametric workflows using tools like Dynamo and Python.
• Support computational design, advanced visualization, reality capture, digital twins, and 4D/5D modeling tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in computational design, data workflows, and digital innovation within the AEC industry.
• Tech expertise in automation, digital twins, visualization, and data integration.
• Ability to develop and implement scalable digital delivery standards and workflows.
• Proficiency with scripting and parametric tools such as Dynamo and Python.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple disciplines and with external partners.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
