The Digital Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the execution of digital delivery workflows throughout the project lifecycle. This role ensures consistent application of BIM standards and coordination processes, serving as the main digital delivery contact on assigned projects. The position plays a critical role in supporting project teams by managing model coordination, digital workflow implementation, and delivery quality to support overall project success.

Responsibilities

• Apply digital delivery standards, BIM Execution Plans, templates, and workflows to assigned projects.
• Support project teams in meeting digital delivery, data, and security standards for federal and institutional clients.
• Implement model management practices, naming conventions, file structures, and QA/QC processes.
• Coordinate with Digital Delivery Managers to ensure consistent application of standards.
• Identify and participate in integrating emerging technologies and pilot testing.
• Capture and communicate project-level lessons learned and workflow challenges for continuous improvement.
• Support project startup activities including project creation, Revit model setup, and collaboration platform configuration.
• Assist in developing and executing BIM Execution Plans and digital delivery workflows.
• Coordinate model exports, publishing, and review sessions supporting project milestones.
• Lead multidisciplinary model coordination efforts including clash detection and resolution.
• Facilitate coordination meetings ensuring alignment among design disciplines.
• Support design teams in resolving coordination issues while preserving design intent and constructability.
• Monitor model health and digital deliverables during project execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align workflows and integrate advanced digital delivery methods.
• Coordinate with IT and support teams to resolve technical issues affecting delivery.
• Perform model QA/QC reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
• Validate coordination processes and data integrity throughout project lifecycle.
• Support resolution of delivery risks and workflow issues.
• Validate model completeness and documentation at project closeout.
• Ensure proper archiving of coordination workflows and delivery documentation.
• Support preparation of final digital deliverables for submission and handoff.
• Provide support and informal training on digital delivery tools and standards.
• Assist with staff onboarding, coaching, and promoting best practices.
