About the role

The Digital Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of digital projects, ensuring they align with business goals and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of digital projects from conception to launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers
• Ensure all projects adhere to project timelines and budgets
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet specifications
• Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback on project progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project management
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana

Qualifications

• Proficiency in web technologies and platforms (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
• Understanding of user experience design principles and usability testing
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and iterative development processes

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
