Digital Content Strategist - 12-month FTC
About the role
EY is evolving the way it plans, creates, governs, and activates digital content to support more connected, audience-led marketing. As Digital Content Strategist, you will help translate EY’s strategic priorities and market opportunities into compelling digital content experiences that are relevant to target audiences, aligned to the EY brand, optimized for search and AI discoverability, and designed to drive measurable engagement and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Edit, optimize, and help activate and measure content and campaigns for EY’s global website.
- Partner with marketers worldwide to understand their audiences and deliver content that meets digital strategy, editorial criteria, and business objectives.
- Contribute to planning and strategy across the digital channels ecosystem through hands-on project work.
- Advise senior stakeholders on shaping ideas into compelling packages with a distinct point of view that resonates in the marketplace and drives users through the marketing funnel.
- Act as a strategic advisor on digital content and channel optimization for your service line community.
- Advocate for digital best practices and effective use of design elements to create engaging user experiences.
- Write display copy that is engaging, brand-compliant, and search-optimized.
- Drive measurement, reporting, and evaluation of campaigns to increase learning, internal reporting, and benchmarking against external creative marketing standards.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience creating outstanding digital experiences that deepen relationships with existing audiences and attract new ones.
- Excellent US English written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of how messages may be received globally.
- Strong understanding of digital publishing, content governance, and content lifecycle best practices, including search engine optimization and LLM discoverability.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed global organization requiring complex senior stakeholder management.
- Strong project and time management ability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of EY’s service offerings.
- Experience working in a large-scale marketing environment, setting up and managing projects.
- Understanding of measurement and analytics, and the ability to interpret data to deliver actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively with co-located, global teams.
- Experience in either journalism or a corporate marketing environment.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $100,000 to $187,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $120,000 to $212,500. Individual salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
Schedule
Join EY in a team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. The expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
