How You'll Create Creative, Commission & Produce

  • Ideate, Test, Shoot & Edit high-level engaging short-form content.
  • Sell and produce mobile-native short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) optimized for speed and virality.
  • Create proposed shot lists for shoots with the ability to pitch ideas to the team, management, and the artist.
  • Tap into wider creative worlds with Creative & Digital leads, to build out compelling story-telling through content.
  • Ideate, test, and execute short-form viral concepts aligned with artist voice and cultural trends.
  • Translate cultural moments, and trending formats into content that authentically represents the artist.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Creative, Marketing, Digital) to align content with strategic goals.
  • Ensure all content is artist-appropriate, culturally relevant, creatively excellent, and optimized for each platform.
  • Stay connected to the wider creative landscape, bringing in new talent, ideas, and formats.
  • Ensure that content assets are organized and archived in the internal systems.

Skills

  • Proven track record of creating highly engaging short-form content across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts measured by vitality or high engagement rates.
  • Hands-on editing ability in mobile apps (CapCut, Edits, Splice) in addition to Adobe Suite.
  • Strong instincts for cultural timing, humor, and trends that spark conversation online.
  • Passion for music, pop culture, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in content production, commissioning within music, media, or culture.
  • Experience managing creatives and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confidence in managing production budgets and timelines.
  • Deep knowledge of all social platforms and an understanding of how content performs across them.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset with a solutions-driven approach.
  • Ability to creatively interpret briefs and oversee execution to a high standard.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
  • Awareness of lighting, framing, and composition in video and photography.
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed for shoots.
