Digital Content Marketing Production Associate
Responsibilities
- Create social media graphics and digital assets using approved brand templates and established design systems.
- Resize and adapt existing graphics for various channels.
- Prepare production-ready image assets for publishing and distribution.
- Content entry, formatting, image placement, link updates & quality assurance (QA).
- Support recurring updates to employee bios, CVs, headshots, publications, and related web content.
- Maintain consistency across digital content pages by following established templates, formatting standards, and content guidelines.
- Perform QA checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and visual consistency across web pages and digital content.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing production, graphic production, web content management, or related marketing support roles.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and based web content formatting.
- Experience supporting email marketing production and QA processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite tools, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, preferred.
This is a 12+ month contract role and would require you to go onsite to their office 3 days a week in Boston, MA.
