DIGITAL CONTENT DESIGNER (BASEBALL)
Remote type: Creative
Locations: USA-CA - Los Angeles HQ
Time type: Full time
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to lead the visual storytelling of @the.team.baseball, THE TEAM’s dedicated Baseball social platform. This role will be responsible for bringing THETEAM’s baseball talent representation and cross-disciplinary work across sports and marketing to life through compelling, contemporary, and social-first design. If you’re passionate about the intersection of baseball, athletes, and culture, this is a strong opportunity to make an impact.
The @the.team.baseball account represents a key area of our business, so you’ll be expected to develop a strong understanding of our brand, baseball talent roster, partners, and audience. You’ll collaborate closely with social, marketing, and talent teams to create visually engaging content that communicates our voice, showcases our clients, and elevates the account’s presence across platforms.
A major focus of this role will be helping establish a refreshed visual direction for @the.team.baseball and translating player moments, client wins, partnerships, and baseball insights into visually compelling, easy-to-digest creative—ranging from social graphics and infographics to motion and short-form video assets. We operate in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate is someone who can execute quickly without sacrificing quality, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is equally comfortable working independently when needed.
