About The Role

Goldin, an eBay company, is seeking a highly creative and versatile Digital Content Designer to join our expanding content team. In this remote role based in the U.S., you will collaborate closely with producers, video editors, social media managers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to craft engaging visual content that enhances storytelling across digital platforms, live events, and company initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within content, media, sports, entertainment, or digital marketing sectors.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social content, marketing campaigns, and digital design work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Express.
  • Familiarity with or strong interest in utilizing generative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly to streamline creative workflows.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and platform-specific creative best practices.
  • Experience working alongside video production and content teams with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote setting, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital content publishing processes and video production workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling visual assets for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Create supporting elements for video content such as thumbnails, title cards, lower thirds, end cards, promotional graphics, logos, and motion design assets.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual systems that reinforce brand identity, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Partner with video editors and producers to ensure visual consistency across various content formats.
  • Design assets for company events, presentations, internal communications, brand merchandise, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill creative requests and contribute to special projects.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, design systems, and asset libraries to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging creative formats to optimize content performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines while suggesting workflow improvements.
