About the Role

Abe Brown Ministries (ABM) seeks a Digital Content & Creative Marketing Specialist to join during a pivotal and exciting time in the Ministry’s history. ABM is renaming and rebranding its comprehensive reentry program. The Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring that the depth and breadth of our mission and services is conveyed to various audiences including clients, community partners, business partners, employers, donors, and others. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of digital media, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and the internal team to develop creative marketing materials.
  • Create, edit, and manage engaging content for print and digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, videos, and websites.
  • Optimize campaigns and improve audience engagement.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative marketing tactics to drive brand awareness.
  • Lead the design and production of multimedia campaigns and marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and animations.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Support special projects and events.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the leadership team.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience working in digital & creative marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Canva, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress.
  • Prior experience supporting outreach, community engagement, or program promotion is a plus.
