Digital Content Associate Principal
About the role
Architect Via’s global media strategy, defining the narrative and growth goals for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and PR to solidify our position as a category leader.
Lead "on-the-ground" asset generation, traveling to partner sites to shoot and edit original, social-first video and photo content that brings our mission to life.
Concept and launch digital ad campaigns, bringing fresh, creative thinking to our paid media efforts to reach key buyers and influencers globally.
Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop social strategies that amplify our vision through individual voices.
Orchestrate digital press coordination, pitching and liaising with media during key events to ensure our digital presence and press coverage are aligned.
Optimize performance through data-driven insights, tracking platform KPIs and analyzing trends to continuously refine our content and engagement strategies.
Requirements
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a proven track record of growing diverse, professional audiences.
Content generator who is technically proficient in cinematography (mobile), video editing (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Figma) to produce high-quality assets independently.
Expert writer and editor with the ability to translate complex technology, policy, and impact-driven work into human-centered, shareable narratives.
Adept at media relations and coordination, excited to navigate press events and manage real-time community engagement.
Self-starter who thrives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their projects from concept to delivery.
Mission-driven collaborator based in our New York City HQ, comfortable with occasional travel for field-based content capture.
Qualifications
Must have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Experience with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay
Salary Range: $85,000-$125,000
