Digital Consulting Senior Manager, Oracle Cloud SCM

About the role

This role will lead complex supply chain transformation engagements with healthcare provider organizations, with a focus on Oracle Cloud procurement and product data solutions. You will guide consulting teams, partner closely with client executives, and help shape outcomes that improve master data governance, procurement effectiveness, and operational efficiency. The position also plays a key role in driving engagement performance through strong planning, budget management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud procurement and product data transformation programs for healthcare provider organizations
• Design and implement solutions across the full procurement suite, with a focus on governance of item and supplier master data
• Oversee consulting teams, mentoring managers and consultants to ensure project success
• Stay current on healthcare supply chain, procurement, AI, analytics, and cloud innovations to provide insights to clients
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to enhance master data management, procurement, and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with client executives and key healthcare stakeholders
• Drive financial performance of engagements through resource planning and budget management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 6-10 years of cloud supply chain implementation experience in consulting or operational support for healthcare providers
• Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end implementation projects in cloud procurement and product data solutions
• Experience training and developing staff in project management and technical skills
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements

Pay

$145,000 – $190,000 annually
