Digital Consulting Associate, Oracle Cloud Projects

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Digital Consulting Associate to join their team. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle Cloud Projects alongside senior team members
• Design future-state business processes in collaboration with clients
• Oversee configuration, testing, and end-user training
• Guide technical teams in the development of integrations and AI solutions
• Collaborate to foster best practices and enhance technical expertise

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication abilities for team and client interactions
• Adaptability to a fast-paced consulting environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Oracle ERP Cloud certifications beneficial
• Industry experience in healthcare or higher education is a plus

Pay

$105,000 – $130,000 annually
