Digital Consultant

TEKsystems is seeking a Digital Banking Support Representative to support a local financial institution in Honolulu, HI.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and chat
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking services
• Help with password resets, login issues, enrollments, and account access
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to digital banking platforms
• Answer questions regarding banking products and services
• Document customer interactions and escalate issues when needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service, help desk, or call center experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting basic technical issues
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Banking, fraud, information security, or technical support experience is a plus

Schedule

Various shifts available:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
